~Directions to Painted Hills Ranch~

Directions from the North on I-5
2) drive approx 4 miles and you will see a county road sign that says Hwy 226 to Crabtree, Scio, Mill City...the turn is on a very large corner, you will get in the middle turning lane and take the last LEFT off that corner. DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST left called Knox Butte Rd THAT GOES IN FRONT OF THE STORE!!!) you are on the right rd if you see the STANTONS MEATS sign on your immediate left after turning.
3) drive 4miles (watch the green mile marker posts on your rt) and take a RIGHT on Brewster Rd
4) drive approx 1.4 miles and take a LEFT on Griggs Rd- it is just over the RR tracks.
5) drive 1 mile and take a RIGHT on Bond Rd- it is just after the grey and white house.
6) drive approx 2 miles to a stop sign. take a LEFT on Baptist Church Dr.
7) drive 3.4 miles to our address 41235 Baptist Church Dr. we are on the LEFT. you will go under the metal power towers that cross over the Christmas tree farm on the left side of the road. then you will be bordering our property. you will see RED AND WHITE METAL BARNS AND ARENA. grey/white house with wood shakes on the eves.
Directions from the South on I-5
1)come up I-5 to the Lebanon/Sweet Home/Hwy 34 exit#228.
2) there will be a Y for the truck route b4 your actual turn...don't take it. stay in the left lane past this particular Y in the rd.
3) go down Hwy 34 til it dead ends into an S corner. stay left and go around the corners and up to the light on Main Street (you will see Ixtapa Restaraunt and Kellenbergers appliance store across the street on the corners). when it turns green-drive strait thru the light between the 2 businesses.
4) take the next Rt on Williams Street.
5) drive down to the next light at Grant Street
6) take a left on Grant St and drive out of town approx 4 miles.( you will pass the dump on your left out there a ways-keep going)
7) take a Rt on Lacomb DR. (there is a paved parking lot here where a store used to be)
8) drive approx 2 miles on Lacomb DR. over a creek and up a slight hill. at the top of this hill take a left on Bond Rd
9) drive 1 mile on Bond Rd to Baptist Church Dr and take a Rt
10) drive 3.4 miles on Baptist Church Dr to my house on the left. you will see some big metal power towers crossing the road. just after you drive under them you will be driving along our property line. we have red/white barns and a grey/wht house with wood shingle eves and trim. Our ranch sign is at the end of the driveway.
Directions from Stayton and Hwy 213
1) Drive strait down from Molalla and Silverton to Stayton. Drive thru Stayton and out of town, over the river and past Knife River rock crushing plant. the road takes a rt corner about 1/2 mile up from the river and approx 1/2 mile further is a sign for Cole School Rd and a RR crossing.
2) take the left on Cole School Rd and drive over all the big hills to the end. At the end the road will take a Rt and will immediately fork. take the lower left hand fork and drive carefully down the hill- the corners are dangerously sharp! Drive under the covered bridge and to the stop sign.
3) Drive strait thru the stop and stay on this road (Richardson Gap Rd) til the next stop sign where the road dead ends on Baptist Church Dr.
4) Take a left on Baptist Church Dr and drive approx 2.2 miles to our Ranch. When you drive under the big power towers we are the next drive on the left. Our Ranch sign will be at the end of the driveway.
Directions from SISTERS OREGON Hwy 20 from the East
1) Take hwy 20 from Sisters to Sweet Home.
2) Drive thru Sweet Home towards Lebanon. Before you get to Lebanon you will see a sign that says Waterloo turn off to Waterloo Park. Take that right. drive thru Waterloo to the stop sign that reads "right turn permitted without stopping" and drive over the bridge. Stay strait on this road until you come to the next stop sign.
3) Take a right onto Berlin Road and drive 1/4 mile to Bellinger Scale Road and take a left.
4) Drive to the end and take a left onto Lacomb Drive and drive approx 1/2 mile to next paved road on right called Kowitz Road.
5) Take a right onto Kowitz Road and drive to the end.
6) Take a right onto Baptist Church Drive and drive up the hill 2.2 miles to our driveway. You know you are getting close when you drive under the large metal power towers. Our driveway is the next one on the left. Our sign is at the end of the driveway. We have big red and white barns and a gray house.
